We rehabilitated a building in the historic center

Desarrolla has finished the works of a refurbishment of a building in the street Riego del Agua in a Coruña.

The building with a floor area of 464 m2 builder, has four floors and a under cover floor.

The main entry is cover by granite, hiding the doors and the installations.

Inside, it has synthetic  laminate flooring in all the rooms except in the worm rooms that haves ceramic; wood carpentry and false ceilings painting in white.

In this way, the works combine the fresh spirit with the traditional character of the buildings of the historic centre of the city.
