We consolidate in Galicia

Within its strategic plan implementation throughout Galicia, Desarrolla consolidates its presence in the provinces of Ourense and Lugo, with the opening of offices in both cities.

The new headquarters, located at Calle del Paseo of Ourense and Rúa da Raiña of Lugo, which joined that company has in A Coruña, Santiago, Vigo and Madrid, strengthening its presence throughout the regional territory.

In the execution works, Desarrolla has begun this week the works to improve accessibility to the Roman Wall. The intervention involves the installation of an elevator to provide access to the walkway located in the northwest corner of the walled city, specifically in the area of the Council Gardens. With this action, Desarrolla completes its intervention in all the galician monuments included in the UNESCO list.

In Ourense the company has carried out the refurbishment of a listed building in the Park of San Lazaro, which will have 12 homes for sell, definitely a reference work in the city.
