Updated traditional architecture

Desarrolla has executed the refurbishment and enlargement of a detached house in Biduido, council of Ames.

The new house, with 250 m2 of floor area, is organize in the inside of the vernacular construction of an inclined roof and two storeys, and is increase in a lower volume of the flat roof, that completes the day area of the house with a work and study place, adapted to the property necessities.

Outside, the walls finished in white, shows stone details in the corners and meeting with the gaps.
