Two works executed by Desarrolla have been awarded The Gran de Area 2016 Award

The Gran Area de Aportación á Arquitectura 2016 Awards, recognize two works carried out by Desarrolla : The “Centro de Interpretación de las Fortalezas transfronterizas do Baixo Miño” (A Guarda) by Rodriguez + Pintos Architects and “Ice-cream shop “Bico do Xeado” (Baiona) by Andrea Fernández Fernández, Faustino Patiño Cambeiro and Juan Ignacio Prieto López.

These awards represent an appreciation of the joint effort of architects, developers, builders and building engineers, extremely necessary for the development and construction of quality architectural works. The aim of the competition is to highlight the architectural value, a “small but important contribution to architecture, to creation and the enhancement of the environment.”
