Desarrolla has finished the works of building a spectacular detached house with 460 m2 of floor area and only one floor, in Pontevedra.

With the similar dimensions of the traditional architecture but with a contemporary language, the architect Mauro Lomba has projected a house with a longitudinal character, compound by four volumes which are adding to generate a succession of spaces inside and outside.

The complexity of the works are in relation with the different involve systems of the house, based in the use of five materials, concrete, natural stone, glass, zinc and wood, depending on the orientation and use of each volume.

Construcción de vivienda unifamiliar que conjuga funcionalidad con usos de una arquitectura sencilla y racional. Estructurada en dos plantas con una división clara de zonas y volúmenes , se proyectan como una sucesión de adiciones y sustracciones que generan terrazas y porches. Una escalera de pasos volados lateralmente hace de nexo de unión entre las plantas. Adquiere máxima importancia el nivel de acabados de la vivienda, al tratarse de materiales de alta calidad. Unos pilares inclinados en las fachadas, distinguen a la vivienda y resaltan los espacios exteriores practicables.
