The house with the cantilevered staircase on solid concrete

Desarrolla has finished the works of refurbishment of a detached house located in the residential area of A Pastora, in the council of Vigo.

The works carried out in the inside of the house have consisted in it spatial reorganize to adapt it to the normative and actual necessities. For it, it was done the interior covering  of the existent enclosure, the repairing and reposition of all the installations and renovation of the partitions and interior finishes.

In the outside of the house it have carried out the placing of new aluminum carpentry  with thermal break, as well as the works of maintenance and cleaning such as the facades, as the roofs and the outside areas (terraces and porch).
