Single-family housing in Tomiño finished

Desarrolla finishes its participation in the construction of a single-family dwelling in Tomiño, Pontevedra.

This Project is distinguished for its exterior carpentry of teakwood, done on the spot, and for the double-facings of the façade of the same maerial. The morphology of the façade is based on rectangles of glass and wood which an impression of two way movement.

The Pergola located in front of the west façade and supported by a wall,  is also of wood, and defines a pleasant  open-air space.
