Restoration of a building in General Mola Street in the old city of A Coruña.

This four-floor building is divided into three one-bedroom apartments, with duplex attic, all with high quality finishings.

The thorough restoration here was carried out with meticulous attention to detail due to the greatly deteriorated state of the wooden supports.  Nevertheless, much of the original structure has been maintained, including the balcony of the façade, the exterior woodwork, original stairway and decorative ornamentation.

The overall result is a blending of original features with the addition of modern tendencies and construction materials.
