Reny Picot entrusts us with the construction of its new headquarters in Madrid

The international firm in the dairy industry, Reny Picot, has chosen an emblematic property located at 33 Alcalá Street, to be used as the new headquarters, and has awarded our company the complete refurbishment process of the building.

The works will consist of the functional recovery of the building declared in ruins in 2005 and its valuing as an architectural element  characteristic of the urban façade of that stretch of Alcalá Street. This action is a project by the architectural studio Díaz & Díaz Arquitectos.

The new headquarters will consist of a basement, ground floor and 6 upper floors, with a total of 1,222.67m2 of built construction. At the centre of the property, the architects have projected an amazing lightwell connected through glass walkways and a panoramic lift. We must highlight the complete restoration actions that will be carried out on a protected façade, as well as other original elements from 1900, as the main door and the staircase. The refurbishment and renewal works will be finished by the end of 2019.
