Rehabilitation of the 1929 building

Desarrolla has finished the restoration works done in a residential building of 1929 situated in the Street San Marcos, work of the famous architect Eloy Maquieira.

The works have covered from comprehensive restoration of the singular main façade and at the back, as well as waterproofing of the terraces and the execution of a roof structure of solid chestnut wood. Moreover, the cover finished with zinc has been executed.
