Rehabilitation Hospital Teresa Herrera

Desarrolla has finished the refurbishment of the roof of the hospital Teresa Herrera in A Coruña.
The works have consisted in the actuation on the slate roof, which was very damaged and had some filtrations to the lower floor.

To regularize the roof it was made a screed cement mortar, to upgrade the level, placing a waterproofing treatment, placing a thermal insulation and placing a plate of slate of the best quality.

In this work,  carried out within three months, has prevailed all time the security of the pedestrians, the workers and the users of the hospital, without interfering in the daily functioning.
