Reconditioning of a 1950 home

Reconditioning of a rural house built in 1950, according to the project written by architect Antón Gandoy Fernández. The house, of about 120 m2, has two floors, to which the old annex oven is attached, which becomes part of the living space. The existing slab of stone slabs is rehabilitated, using a hydraulic lime mortar, and a new slate roof is executed. In order to provide the house with sufficient ventilation and lighting, two holes were opened, placing a monolithic slate lintel similar to the existing ones.
