Refurbishment Building 1891 in Madrid

Rehabilitation works made in the common areas of a residential building built in 1891 have been finished, located in Madrid center.

The careful restoration of the stairs and old wooden flooring at landings, have been combined with the introduction of new finishing materials in the portal and the indirect lighting in the common areas.
