Reforms: The importance of lighting

Comprehensive housing remodelling in Alcalde Lens street, A Coruña.

The works have consisted of the reorganization of the spaces and the renovation of finishing materials in floor and walls, as well as the replacement of the kitchen furniture and the existing sanitary pieces.

The house of about 95 m2 has a large living room separated from the kitchen through a glass wall, with matt black lacquered aluminum carpentry, which allows the passage of light. In addition, it has a studio, two bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms.

Among the finishing materials used, it is worth mentioning the microcement applied to one of the walls of the room and the installation of a hanging luminaire distributed around room´s perimeter.
