Remodelling of a design duplex

Desarrolla has completed the comprehensive renovation of a 160 m2 duplex located in the city of A Coruña. The project carried out by architect Alfonso Fernández Bernárdez, focuses on a new distribution with larger spaces and an exclusive modern design adapted to the needs of the client. The careful use of wood and glass, as well as the reorganization of space and closets, are the hallmarks of the house.
