San Amaro´s ocean view flat refurbishment

Global refurbishment of a house located at Avenida de Navarra (A Coruña) as per the project designed by architect José López.

The flat, with a surface of 100 m2 has a large living room separated from the kitchen through a glass wall that shelter the kitchen wet area. In addition, the house has two studios, a bedroom and two bathrooms.

The works went from the reorganization of the existing spaces and the total renovation of the interior finishes and facilities to the replacement of the interior and exterior carpentry.

The skillful distribution of the spaces combined with the use of glass for the wall partitioning and improved space flow, have allowed to obtain more spacious and bright rooms.

As for the finishes, it is worth mentioning the recovery of the existing xatoba flooring, which has been completed with new parts in the new designed areas.
