Flat remodelling with space flow

Interior reform of a 220 m2 flat, as per the design of architect Elisa Díaz Lorenzo. The house, practically all exterior, stands out for its spectacular panoramic views of Vigo´s estuary and a space distribution that favors the interconnection of the rooms and space flow.

The furniture design acquires a leading role that flows to articulate the spaces. It is worth noting a careful connection of different materials and textures, which we can see in the different vertical partitions, formed by VIROC wood-cement partitions, translucent cellular polycarbonate and pine plywood, stamped and lacquered in water; but also in the pavements, where the existing wooden flooring is assembled with the new laminated oak flooring.
