Rehabilitation of a Loft in Madrid

Comprehensive loft reform of about 40 m2, according to the design of the Madrid architecture and interior design firm Estudio 108. The existing partitions were demolished and the spaces were reorganized around a single partitioned room, which highlights the relationship between the day and the night area of ​​the flat.

The existing wooden staircase was rehabilitated, which gives access to the attic converted into a small room. All the doors and windows (exterior and interior) were replaced, except for the entrance door that was restored. As for the materials, it is worth noting the aged mirror that covers the exterior of the bathroom partitions, providing a greater sense of openess to the space.
