Preserving the original facade in family house

Desarrolla formally hands over the keys of a restored building situated in Barrié de la Maza Avenue in Sada. Work consisted of restoration and extension of the building while preserving the original façade by first separating and later joining it to the reformed building to form a  complete whole.

Other reforms inside the dwelling included metal handrails, antique wardrobes….genuine relics that now look as good as new. The structural typology is of a ground floor and upper floor, both with covered area of 170 sq. metres, all with highest quality finishings.
