Passive measures, the future of design

Awarded to Desarrolla the construction of a building with 76 homes situated in the central plot Z-42 of the Ophimatic Park in A Coruña.

The building design with 5 floors below ground, will has 128 garage space and 76 storages, and 11 over ground, will have 76 flats and two business premises with independent access. The floor area is 16.000m2.

The building will have a green roof for shared use, wich will have recreational common areas and a local to the homeowners, various installations such as solar panels, a room for the accumulative water to thermal energy and various rooms for installations.

This is the first building in the Ophimatic Park, promoted for the “Sociedade Cooperativa Galega de Vivendas Parque Ofimático”.
