Opening of Plaza Rio 2 Shopping Center in Madrid

Desarrolla has finished the complete refurbishment works of three establishments located in the new Plaza Rio 2 Shopping Centre in Madrid. The shopping centre, whose opening took place on the last 20th of October, has over 40.000 square meters and 160 sales points.

One of the works carried out has been at Mamba Restaurant, which belongs to the prestigious catering firm Grupo Larrumba, which has two floors and a surface of 520 m2. The premises, with views to Madrid Rio Park, has a privileged location in the “Mirador”, the amazing terrace in the shopping centre of over 3000 square meters.

As well as the restaurant, two works in the fashion industry have been handed over, Lola Rey Shoe Shop, pioneer in leading brands shoe fashion, and the urban clothing fashion shop Oveja Negra, located on the ground floor and street floor respectively, following the own naming of the centre.

Important coordination works have been carried out in the three establishments, reaching the objective of opening for the official inauguration of the shopping centre.
