Open-plan dwelling with large skylights

Desarrolla has completed the construction of a single-family dwelling in Roiriz, in the city council of Allariz, Ourense.

The two-hundred-and-fifty-metre-square  dwelling is a simple and rotund  volume that is adapted to the slope. The household rooms are in the same floor at the garden level.

Constructively, the building has reinforced concrete flat slab structure, flat roof  of gravel finished with zinc sheeting and façades with external thermal insulation composite system ETICS.
