A luxury house that connects with the landscape

Connect. To fit in. This is how Desarrolla Obras y Servicios has executed a spectacular luxury home near Madrid.

A house with a contemporary design that connects with the landscape. A building with a powerful personality that accompanies its surroundings.

Architect Mauro Lomba’s project was very sensitive to this premise. «This house responds to an integration with its surrounding and with the plot. The walls go into the landscape” he says.

The house built by Desarrolla Obras y Servicios consists of two volumes arranged on the plot forming a 90 degree angle. This distribution on the 2.500 square metre plot allows the house to open up to the southeast.

With what objective? Mainly to optimise the potential of the hours of daylight and the energy efficiency of the house.

Ambitious programme of needs

Spread over three floors, the programme of needs of this luxury house shows the scale of the project executed by the construction team.

On the ground floor there is a large hall leading to the living/dining room, kitchen, pantry, two bedrooms, bathroom… A day area with all kinds of facilities.

It is on the upper floor where the night life is concentrated. The rooms are more focused on rest. The master suite, with a large bathroom and dressing room, coexist with two other bedrooms with bathroom and a large living room to share family life.

Finally, the basement has a large garage, a gym, toilets and several auxiliary rooms in order to attend to the needs that may arise.

But if the inside of this luxury house is all avant-garde and comfortable, the outside is equally as attractive.

A chill-out area, a swimming pool and a large space for recreation are distributed along a plot that projects calm and good taste.
