Comprehensive conditioning of a local to be use as offices in the city centre of A Coruña, constitute by three floors with a floor area of 330 m2 each one.

The establishment is distribute according to different uses of the office. The ground and first floors are for administrative use, management offices and boardroom, while the basement stays are designed to store (with the installation of mobile archives), training rooms, office, restrooms equipped with showers and a engine room.

Communication between the floors is done by a limestone “Argent” metal staircase, for which it was necessary to carry out a modification of the existing building structure. Include the singular character of the facade, composed of seven big glass modules with extra-clear laminated glass 6 m. high.

The work was carried out by Desarrolla  implementation within 6 months under the direction of the study Elsa Urquijo Architects.
