Housing construction optimizing the plot

Desarrolla has finished the construction works of a single-family house in Perillo, Oleiros City Council, province of A Coruña.

The housing of some 200 m2 of surface is distributed into two volumes in ground floor, twinned by an upper structure turned through 45º, which has the main bedroom.

Constructively, the property is resolved with a reinforced concrete structure and flat accessible roof. It should be noted its singular interior staircase and spacious porch which links the interior space with the land.
