Desarrolla has finished the building works of a modern single-family dwelling of ventilated façade and flat roof, in the seaside town Mugardos.
The building has 200 m2 area divided in two floors, connected internally by a double height space and a singular concrete stair with a smooth finish mortar.
The building works has been carried out by Desarrolla within the period of 18 months.
