Desarrolla will be in charge of construction in Ibiza
The island of Ibiza, specifically at Vista Alegre estate will be the place where Desarrolla will carry out the new project of the highly regarded South African studio SAOTA. It is a four floored detached house, with exclusive allocations and finishes, located at a spot with amazing sea views.
The project, which will be carried out within sixteen months, will be built on a plot of 2,100 square meters. Once finished, there will be 1,800 square metres built, of which 1,650 will be usable.
