Desarrolla has been finished the works of comprehensive conditioning of business premises for the new headquarters in A Coruña of the renowed real estate dedicated to the management of residential and commercial properties Engel & Völkers in A Coruña.

The local has been distributed in two floors, according to the customer needs. An indoor stair lined in solid wood communicates both floors.

It has been carried out the renovation of the facade in the zone of access to the local, providing a new wood structure lacquered in white glazed with laminated glass and a ramp of granite waterproofed to facilitate access.
