Renovated spirit building with a traditional character

Comprehensive rehabilitation of a residential building at Riego de Agua street in A Coruña.

The building 464 m2 has a ground floor, four above ground floors and a useful under cover area.

The ground and first floors are destined for commercial premises while the rest are conceived for residential use; total of 3 homes.
The entrance lobby to the building is characterized by being covered with granite, thus hiding completely the doors and facilities.

Inside the building, synthetic floating flooring is used in all rooms except in damp rooms where a porcelain stoneware floor has been chosen. Oak woodwork and false ceilings of white painted plasterboard are also present.

The executed works combine a renovating spirit with the traditional character of the houses in the historic center of the city.
