Two L-shaped volumes

Term of execution: 10 MonthsStatus of work: Finished

The house designed by architect Clara González Gil is a magnificent exercise in integration into its immediate surroundings.

The new building consists of two different volumes organised in the shape of an L. The first of these is on the ground floor and contains the bedrooms and toilets for the whole house. The other volume consists of two floors connected by an elegant double height that houses, in the upper part, a study area, and in the lower part, a living-dining room that opens onto a covered outdoor terrace. The kitchen is located on the floor below the study.

The construction of the complex has been carried out entirely in wood, both in the structure and in the exterior and interior finishes. Precisely the use of wood and the high level of execution in the finishes manage to transmit a pleasant sensation of warmth and comfort that make this house an example to follow.
