Detached house of design in the bay of Coruña

Desarrolla has completed the construction works of a single-family home located in the Coruña bay, designed by Aestudio Arquitectura.

This house, with over 300 m2, has been built from an existent concrete structure, as a simple stone and glass volume which is opens to the sea through a large curtain wall.

Inwardly, the construction of the raised staircase made of sheet steel of the house must be highlighted. It communicates the library on the ground floor in double height with the living room on the first floor.
