Desarrolla is awared the refurbishment of the rehabilitation service area of the University Clinical Hospital and the Conxo Medical Surgical Hospital

The Health Research Institute Foundation of Santiago de Compostela, which belongs to the SERGAS, has awarded the construction company Desarrolla with the refurbishment of the rehabilitation service area of the University Clinical Hospital of Santiago (CHUS) and the Conxo Medical Surgical Hospital. The refurbishment project of both spaces have the signature of the architect Ángel Cid Carballo.

The execution period for this work is of a month. The actions will take place in two different locations, even though they are both on the rehabilitation service area. The second floor of Building A of the University Clinical Hospital of Santiago and the ground floor of the Conxo Medical Surgical Hospital will be worked on.

In the case of the first location, a new gym will be set up which will cover a surface of around 160m2. This space will be located in the area which the changing rooms and some offices of the Cardiology service are currently situated. In this action, a space for an office and a store room both linked to the above mentioned gym is included

In the case of the second location, the action will be carried out on the outpatient clinic area, specifically expanding the current rehabilitation gym, adding the space where the hydrotherapy room now is.
