From commercial space to two single homes

Conditioning of two houses located in an old commercial premise located in the center of A Coruña, according to the design of the Arqnova architecture studio.

The renovation and conditioning works carried out included the reorganization of the spaces, as well as the renovation of the finishing materials and the incorporation of the necessary facilities for their new use.

The two houses, of about 150 m2 each, have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen and a large living room.

The entire exterior carpentry has been replaced by anodized aluminum carpentry with thermal break and aerators.
