Construction of 12 homes in Madrid

Adequacy of building for the execution of 12 homes, 12 storage rooms and a commercial premises in Eraso street, Madrid, a project designed by architect Jorge Corrons Crespí.

The building consists of seven heights and a rectangular plan of approximately 24 meters long and 7.5 meters wide. The works involved the modification of the existing structure, as well as the distribution of each plant and the integral conditioning of the floors and common areas.

The existing facade was preserved, executing all the exterior carpentry and a new roof. The works were completed within 10 months.
