Desarrolla has finished the building works of a modern single-family dwelling in Sada, A Coruña.

The building that has a emphatic geometry, covers 500 sq. metres. It has a ground floor where is the day area, and a top floor with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The most difficult work was the construction of the concrete structure because of its complicated shape.
