Civic center of Rañobre

Desarrolla has finished the work of building the Civic Centre in Rañobre, Council of Arteixo (A Coruña), carried out within five months.

The building with 258 m2 of floor area, is distribute in two floors, counting with an ample clear multifunctional space in every level.

Constructively is resolve with a categorical base volume, done with big pieces of prefabricate concrete, which contrast with the light high floor coating with dull color glasses.

The construction of this building non residential is integrate in a series of actions done to potential and revitalize the coastal nucleus  of the Port zone.
