Careful rehabilitation of listed property

Desarrolla participates as builder in the restoration of a single family protected historical dwelling in the historic centre of Santiago de Compostela, very close to the Cathedral.

Total restoration was accomplished featuring structural elements of wood, combined with restorative stonework.

All work was completed within 10 months, achieving perfect integration of new materials selected by the architect with existing traditional materials.
